Shipping Carriers
- USPS- The majority of our orders are shipped via USPS ( United States Post Service) and may require a signature depending on where your item is being shipped.
- FedEx- Handles the majority of the urgent shipping and express orders a signature is required.

- Shipping only takes place on business days this does not include weekends or holidays.
Delivery Time
Custom Wigs - natural Please allow 5-7 business days for the unit to be constructed and shipped. Some custom can take up 7-10 business days depending on the exact custom specifications. These wigs are made to order and construction starts the day you order.
Domestic Shipping All other colors
Solid Colors Request - Colors ranging from 1-99J please allow 5-7 business days to be colored and delivered if the color is on the coloring chart. If its a custom color please allow 7-10 business days to receive those items.

Weekend orders will be shipped on the next business day. This means any orders placed after 4 pm EST on Friday will not ship until Monday.
*Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays by the carriers due to covid-19. If you are not home to receive your hair please contact the carrier to pick up your package or to reschedule delivery.
